  • Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM): Track your glucose levels 24/7 to identify patterns and hidden blood sugar spikes. Please note that you will have to obtain a CGM sensor (not included in price) but I will give you options and you can use your HSA/FSA to pay for it.

  • Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan: Based on your unique glucose response, we’ll fine-tune your meals, timing, and macros to optimize energy and metabolism.

  • Expert Guidance & Frequent Check-Ins: This is not a one-size-fits-all program. With 2-3 Zoom sessions per week, I’ll help you interpret your data, troubleshoot challenges, and make necessary adjustments.

  • Sustainable Habit Formation: Learn how to structure your meals, improve metabolic flexibility, and develop long-term health habits that fit your lifestyle.
